Fees

Since there are so many variables associated with each individual booking, Tracy doesn’t have set-in-stone fees. There are “ballpark” amounts, however, as well as some non-negotiables.
For instance:

• ~ All travel costs (airfare, airport parking, shuttle services, tolls and/or mileage set at the current IRS allowance), and necessary lodging and meals inclusive of the event are covered by the booking organization.
• ~ Tracy’s minimum fee for “going out the door” is $200. This would cover a presentation under 30 minutes (preaching, proclaiming scripture for a worship service, etc.)
• ~ A one-hour presentation would be in the ballpark of $350.
• ~ A 90-minute presentation would be about $450.
• ~ A half-day commitment (maximum of two, 90-minute sessions) would be at least $600.
• ~ A full-day commitment (maximum of three, 90-minute sessions) would be at least $800.
• ~ A weekend retreat would be in the ballpark of $1500
• ~ The entire Gospel of Mark is $1000.
• ~ Coaching costs are $2/minute, minimum $50 charge.
